Prayer is the bedrock of all we do as a church because we don’t have the answers, God does. He’s the one we turn to again and again to give thanks and to ask him to work in our church, on the South Bank, and throughout the whole world.

We kick off each month with Globe Central, our prayer gathering. We share a meal, worship together and pray for a wide range of needs and people.

When and where

Globe Central happens on the first Wednesday of every month, 7–9pm, starting with a meal together.

As is the case on Sundays, we meet Ark Globe Academy, Harper Road, London, SE1 6AF. It’s just a few minutes walk from Elephant and Castle Underground station (Northern and Bakerloo Lines, as well as National Rail).

We’ll have church members directing you to find the room we gather in.
